![]() I really enjoy playing this game and thinking up new builds but some of these decisions are actively making me not want to grind out these shards in the long run (could also be I just need a break before I burn myself out). (Bugs) I'm sure many of these will be fixed but there seemed to be a good bit of new bugs that came along with this update, like the shield bug, shard requirements not unlocking in matchmaking or not at all in some cases, bugged stat page.just to name some of the bigger ones. This alone will give players more freedom and not force them into dumping hours into a build/playstyle they don't like. (Shard Unlocks) Allow players to use whatever valorplate they want to unlock any valor shard they want, even if you can only manually pick/track 3-4 at a time. (Spirit Realm)Let enemies re-spawn more frequent or have a higher number of enemies to kill per encounter to provide less running and more combat for to souls. (Spirit Realm) Let players hold more then 1 type soul or at least increase the cap to 6 so I can fill up 2 pillars in 1 run, to avoid the boring running back and forth gameplay. (Spirit Realm) Instead of a mid-boss randomly spawning after, why can't random mid-bosses be place around the map awaiting to be killed for more souls and then maybe a supped up mid-boss spawns to provide even more rewards? I mean this update can be easily fixed//improved in many ways: I like the game, I like new shards (not the way to unlock them) that give new cool abilities, I like the light-bringer mode way more (and the loot is more important), but the Spirit mode (and shard unlocks) has a lot of bad design decisions, which bring the game to a crawl when you have to do it. Outside of shard unlocks Spirit Realm is completely dead for several good reasons.įire the marketing guy asap and who ever came up with this crap - the lightbringer devision can get a raise for a job well done. In general the mode, size and feel of it is better executed than the Spirit Realm mess of a mode. Lightbringer does a way BETTER job in keeping you on your toes, someone knows what I mean if he ever did like a light lv 40 run solo by himself. In this state no one in the world will ever populate this mode. # from comments: Shard progress doesn't update when using matchmaking for the spirit realm. If nothing else, just remove it because it isn't changing anything. The option is there, so let's put it to use. # Why are there difficulty settings, when it changes nothing? Maybe increase the amount of enemies spawned and their levels for higher difficulties. ![]() Preferably, add a voice chat option and expand parties to 6 players, but just one would make a world of difference. # This is a 6 player activity that you can only do with a full party in lfg and lfg has people with no idea what they're doing. If nothing else, maybe have them drop 5-10 souls to make them worth doing. Outside of that, they're a waste of time because they don't drop anything special. ![]() # Midbosses have no special drops or any reason to fight them outside of the valorplates that require them for shards. The grind for these isn't worth it, especially with how boring the game mode is. Either make 9 augments (a 5, 10, and 30 cost for each type) or guarantee at least one 30 roll on each. They cost 30 and with RNG you'll most likely get 2x 5 cost augment primaries. ![]() I know you can grab chests on top of it, it's still so ♥♥♥ annyoing and boring. Waiting around for spawns makes this mode tedious even if the augments were worth it. # Enemies are spread too thin and generally means we end up running around hunting for enemies instead of actually collecting souls. ![]() Spirit Realm - Suffering and the WORST exp. ![]()
